Welcome to Apple Valley where Roy Rogers roamed and the coyotes sing! 2.33 acres of beautiful quiet desert awaits you! Views of the valley and mountains and in the distance you can see the 15 freway. Just off Stoddard Wells rd you may have just found a place to call home. Electricity is near by and Southwest gas has put in a pipe line on the easment portion of the property and don't know if you will be able to hook up gas or still need propane. In 1982 a well was dug but has never been used. There is water in the pipe about 73 feet down with 20 foot of water in the pipe. However at some point there may have been something, thrown down the well because it stopped at 92 feet and the well permite states its a 130 foot well. We are not sure and the buyer will have to have that checked out by a well professional at their expense. It is easy to get to and the roads are good. Quite neighborhood, houses are around but property is the last one on the block for now. Really a great place to build your Oasis!
